Financing your business

Logan County has an enterprise zone that covers much of Lincoln, part of Elkhart, and rural Hartsburg. The enterprise zone is expandable to new areas.  Elkhart and Mt. Pulaski have TIF Districts and Atlanta is working to establish one.
